Today I gave a talk at the Royal College of Music (KMH) in Stockholm about my research project Musical Entanglements with AI. The talk focused on how AI is affecting music practices, especially how users of AI music platforms create and reflect on their practice. One conclusion is that their platform-bound practice is guided and regulated by algorithms, data and, in extension, company owners and developers.
